iD Systemes’ Gender Equality Index for 2021 is 83/100
In line with the requirements of of the French September 5, 2018 law for the freedom to choose one's professional future and its application decree of January 8, 2019, aimed at eliminating the pay gap between women and men, iD Systèmes is publishing its 2021 Gender Equality Index.
What is the Gender Equality Index?
It is a tool to measure and compare workplace gender equality across companies and sectors in France, based on 4 key indciators:
- The unadjusted gender pay gap;
- The individual pay raise gap;
- The number of female employees who receive a raise after returning from maternity leave;
- Parity among the 10 highest paid employees.
