Gaïana Group: attention to gender equality at the heart of our DNA
Pay rises and support for working mothers
One of the highlights of 2023 was the fact that slightly more women (63%) than men (60%) received a pay rise. In addition, we are making a point of ensuring that all women returning from maternity leave see their pay rise, illustrating iD Systemes' concrete commitment to supporting working mothers in the labour market.
Promoting diversity in positions of responsibility
These figures are part of an overall strategy to promote gender balance within the company. Indeed, iD Systemes now has 40% female managers, and a new Director joined our CODIR this year. We are constantly working to increase this percentage.
Future objectives and sustainable commitment
These results reflect the company's commitment to maintaining a culture of equality and inclusion, where every individual is valued and treated fairly and regardless of gender. We are committed to continuing to improve this index over the coming years, with the aim of achieving an index close to 100%.
