Gaïana joins the Orisha Group

Founded in 2003, Orisha is one of the main European publishers of vertical software dedicated to businesses, and is organized around 5 Business Units associated with the following sectors: Retail Chains, Retail Shops, Real Estate, Health and Construction.

The operation is strategic for Orisha, Gaïana will become the 6th Business Unit of the group, specialized in the AgriFood sector, with the desire to continue its development in France and in Europe, in the Wine & Spirit, horticulture, agriculture and agri-food, in our current market segments but also in new adjacent ones.

Gaiana offers solutions covering all business needs in the Agrifood sector: from crop and production monitoring, to management tools (ERP, CRM) including regulatory solutions (stock accounting, customs declaration) and traceability (input monitoring, ESG reporting, etc.).

The group has consolidated its position as leader in business software provider in the wine and spirits sector, in particular by expanding into Spain with the acquisition of Tipsa, and has diversified its activity towards the agricultural sector, in France and in Spain with the acquisitions of Asape then Ayanet TIC.

Since the entry of Meanings Capital, Gaïana has seen its turnover more than double in less than 5 years, going from €15 million to nearly €40 million, thanks to sustained organic growth and an ambitious external growth strategy. with seven acquisitions including three abroad.
